Scorecast
Know the debt picture before you speak.
Scorecast turns a credit report into analysis your team can act on: debts organized by creditor and type, utilization, derogatory items and a forward-looking forecast. It lives on the agent's screen and is never shown to the consumer.
Agent-only. Scorecast never appears in the consumer's ClearView.
On the call
From reading a report to having a plan.
A raw report is pages of tradelines. On a live call, your agent needs the answer, not the search.
“Give me one second, I'm still scrolling through your accounts here.”
“Most of what you owe is on two cards, and both are close to their limits. Let's start there.”
What it organizes
Four views of the same report.
Scorecast reads the report once and arranges it around the questions your agents ask most.
-
By creditor and type
Every debt, grouped
Accounts sorted by creditor and by type, so unsecured balances, cards and installment loans are each in one place.
-
Utilization
How close they are to the limit
Revolving balances measured against limits, account by account and overall, without anyone doing the math on the call.
-
Derogatory items
What's hurting the file
Collections, late payments and other derogatory items flagged and listed together, ready to discuss.
-
Forecast
Where things could be heading
A forward-looking view of the file, so the conversation can move from what happened to what comes next.
Pair it with Score Simulator
Agent-only by design
Your analysis stays on your screen.
During a ClearView session, the consumer sees a redacted view of their own report. Scorecast is never part of it.
The consumer sees their report
Score, debts and masked account numbers, synchronized with the call.
The agent sees the analysis
Scorecast groupings, utilization, derogatory flags and the forecast stay with the agent.
Roles decide who sees what
Managers set roles and permissions in the dashboard, so each seat gets the views its job needs.
Questions about Scorecast.
Does the consumer ever see Scorecast?
No. Scorecast is agent-only and is never shown in ClearView. The consumer sees a redacted view of their own report.
What does Scorecast organize?
Debts by creditor and type, utilization, derogatory items and a forward-looking forecast, all built from the pulled report.
Is the forecast a guarantee?
No. It's a forward-looking view based on the report, meant to guide the conversation. Actual outcomes depend on the consumer's full file and how creditors report.
Do we need a separate pull for Scorecast?
No. Scorecast works from the report your agent already pulled.
Who on our team can see it?
You decide. Roles and permissions in the dashboard control which agents see Scorecast.
