ClearView
Review the report together, live.
Send a ClearView link and the consumer sees their own report on their phone, synchronized with your screen in real time. They get a redacted view: score, debts and masked account numbers. Your analysis and notes stay with you.
Redacted for the consumer. Account numbers are always masked.

Who sees what
One report, two views.
ClearView is a synchronized view of the report, built for the consumer. It isn't a copy of your screen.
| Topic | Consumer's phone | Agent's screen |
|---|---|---|
| Credit score | Shown | Shown |
| Debts and balances | Shown | Shown |
| Account numbers | Masked | As shown in your dashboard |
| Scorecast analysis | Never shown | Shown |
| Agent notes | Never shown | Shown |
| Where you are in the report | Follows the agent in real time | You lead the walkthrough |
The consumer's view is redacted by design. Agent-only analysis never leaves the agent's screen.
The moment it changes
Numbers they can see are numbers they trust.
Reading balances aloud invites doubt. Showing the consumer their own report turns the call into a shared review.
“I'm showing a balance of about four thousand on one of your cards. Does that sound right?”
“You should see your cards on your screen now. Look at the second one with me.”
Privacy by design
Redacted for the consumer, complete for the agent.
The consumer sees enough to understand and trust their report, and nothing that belongs to your team.
Masked account numbers
Account numbers are masked on the consumer's phone. They see which account it is, not the full number.
Your analysis stays yours
Scorecast and agent notes are never part of the consumer's view.
Logged like every other access
Report access is recorded in the audit trail, alongside every pull.
Questions about ClearView.
Is ClearView screen sharing?
No. ClearView is a synchronized view of the report built for the consumer. They see a redacted version, not a copy of your screen.
What does the consumer see?
Their credit score, their debts and masked account numbers, synchronized in real time with the agent's walkthrough.
What stays on the agent's screen?
Scorecast analysis and agent notes. They are never shown in ClearView.
How does the consumer open it?
The agent sends a ClearView link during the call and the consumer opens it on their phone.
Can we show Score Simulator scenarios?
Agents can walk the consumer through what-if scenarios on the call. Simulated scores are estimates, not guarantees.
What if the consumer says something on the report is wrong?
They can dispute it directly with Equifax, which is responsible for investigating. Point them to Equifax's dispute process rather than promising to fix or remove anything yourself.
